The Warranty does not cover the following:
1. Any Part of the product is broken or shows evidence of tampering.
2. Products that are caused by the human error.
3. The average warranty claim processing time is 14 working days.
4. Shipping fees to return the warranty item(s) to our service center and to resend a replacement will be covered by buyer
5. Accidents, Lightning Strikes, water hazards, fire hazards, public Disturbances, Improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations
or any cause beyond the control of Ronin Charger
6. USB port/charging port loose, broken, damage or defective.
7. Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of RONIN.
8. Any Product which supports wire like hands free, charger with attached wire or any other has no Warranty.
1. Mention the claim reason in CAPITAL letters on the box.
2. Prepare returned item in secure water proof packaging to keep product in original condition
3. Original purchase invoice and box packing must be provided including every item included in the box at the time of
purchase for claim.
4. Ship returned products via TCS/BlueEx/Leopard or any secure and traceable method of shipment to the return claim
center address mentioned.
