Warranty Guidelines

Ronin Warranty Guidelines

  • The Ronin warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Ronin products only and is non- transferable.
  • The warranty services is limited to repair or replacement of the product & is at the sole discretion of Ronin.
  • Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
  • You can register a warranty service request at HERE Our customer service team will contact you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
  • If the issue is not resolved over call or email, we will arrange to pick up the device from your address, for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of reverse-pickup facility at your location, Ronin will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Ronin customer service team. Ronin will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us. (*Note: For reverse pickup or self-dispatch (In warranty claim) both way shipment charges will be beared by customer).
  • Ronin warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
  • Ronin shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Ronin products.
  • Ronin shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Ronin products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.
  • While Ronin will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that the we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • If any colored internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
  • In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, another model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.
  • If a Smart Watch is repaired under warranty claim it is not possible to make it again water proof same as before.

Ronin Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

  • The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.
  • Serial number mismatch of product & product box will not be entertained in warranty claim.
  • Warranty date validation (as determined by the warranty sticker/card on/in product box that whether the warranty of product is valid or not).
  • Bloated Battery in Powerbanks will not be entertained in warranty claim after three months from the warranty start date (As mentioned on product box warranty sticker/card).
  • Cell phone batteries are neither claim for backup nor for service, health or timing issues.
  • In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage.
  • This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
  • Deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
  • Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping & Return policy

  • Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next working day.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Ronin uses only reputable courier partners.
  • While Ronin attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  • All orders are shipped with an invoice from Ronin. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form Here
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting and clicking on Track Your Order This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  • The payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. Ronin does not provide COD services for all pin codes. At checkout on, there is an option 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether COD is available at your address.
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Ronin Customer Service within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. You can reach out to us at with your order ID and images of the product. Ronin will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
  • If you believe that the packaging of your order or seal on Ronin Product has been tampered or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket Here mentioning your order ID. Ronin will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

Ronin Refund & Replacement Policy

Ronin will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
  • Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 14 working days. (Ronin is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).

  • Under conditions 2 & 3, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors or sound quality.
