If you purchased your product from an official Ronin outlet, you can visit us directly for a quick and convenient claim process.

Step 1: Visit the Ronin official brand outlet where you made the purchase.

Step 2: Share your concern with our in-store team.

Step 3: Our team will assess the product and guide you accordingly.

Step 4: Based on the evaluation, you will be offered a return or exchange option as per policy.

2. For Online Orders

If you purchased your product online, you can initiate a return or exchange through our official support channels:

Step 2: Our representative will connect with you to understand your concern and guide you further.

Step 3: You will be asked to send the product through courier to the provided address.
