Customer can return, exchange, or get a refund for warranty-covered products within 7 days of purchase, whether bought online or from official Ronin outlets.

Warranty Policy
  1. The warranty claim process may take up to 14 working days from the date the product is received at the Ronin Service Center.
  2. The company provides repair warranty only. For any warranty claim, RONIN may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product parts. Any replaced product parts shall become the property of RONIN.
  3. Accessories are not covered under warranty. (Charging Cables, Ear tips, Smart watch straps, Remotes, Aux Cable etc.
  4. Scratches, dents, burnt marks, or color fading are not covered under warranty.
  5. The customer will send the product to the company at their own responsibility, & The customer will bear 1 Side courier charges for sending the product to the company
  6. 1-year limited warranty starts from the date mentioned on the warranty sticker, and all warranty claims will be processed based on the date printed on this Warranty sticker.
  7. This card is provided for guideline purposes only.
  8. To process a warranty claim:
    • The Original product box is mandatory at the time of warranty claim.
    • The warranty sticker pasted on the box must be present and in original condition.
    • If the warranty sticker has been tampered with or removed, the warranty claim will not be accepted
    • The batch number on the product and the box must be readable and must match.
  9. The company reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if:
    • The product box is not available, or the warranty sticker is missing, damaged, altered, scratched, torn, or tampered with, or the batch number is removed, unreadable, or mismatched between the product and the box.

Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

  • Physical damage or internal damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repair or opening of the product
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper usage
  • Burned or overheated products
  • Battery bloating
  • LCD/display issues
  • Battery Performance/Timing Caused by Regular Usage

Important Requirements to claim warranty

  • The original product box is required at the time of claim
  • The warranty sticker must be intact and untampered
  • The batch number on the product and box must be readable and match

Earbuds, Headphones, Power banks, Smart watches, Neckband, Speaker, Cell phone Batteries, Chargers (except Clip chargers), Cables (Specific models only).

Products Not Covered Under Warranty

Handsfree, Specific charging cables, Clip chargers

How to Claim Warranty

1. Product Purchased From Retailers
• Option 1: Claim Warranty Through Retailer

Step 1: Return the product to the same retailer you purchased it from.

Step 2: The retailer will forward the product to Ronin for inspection.

Step 3: Our team will assess the product. If the claim is valid, the issue will be resolved within 14 working days.

Step 4: Once completed, you can collect your product directly from the retailer

• Option 2: Submit product directly to company

Step 1: Register your request through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, our website form or by contacting our UAN number.click here, or contact us via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or our UAN number.

Step 2: Our representative will connect with you to understand the issue and guide you further.

Step 3: You will be asked to send the product through courier to the shared address nearest location (Karachi or Lahore)

Step 4: Your product will be routed to our customer claim department for inspection.

Step 5: The issue will be carefully assessed, and if the claim is valid, it will be processed accordingly. Our team will stay in touch with you throughout the process.

Step 6: Your product will be delivered back to you within 14 working days.

Please Note: One-side delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
• Option 3: Claim from Official Customer Care Centre (Karachi & Lahore)

For retail purchase, you can also visit our official customer care centers for a more direct warranty claim experience.

Step 1: Visit our customer care center in Karachi (Saddar) or Lahore (Temple Road).

Step 2: Submit your product at the center.

Step 3: You will be provided with a receipt as confirmation of submission.

Step 4: Our team will inspect and resolve the issue.

Step 5: Your product will be fixed and returned to you within 14 working days.

2. Product Purchased from Official Ronin Brand Outlets

If you purchased your product from an official Ronin outlet, you can visit us directly for a smooth and hassle-free warranty claim process.

Step 1: Visit any official Ronin outlet.

Step 2: Share your concern with our in-store team.

Step 3: Your product will be forwarded to our Customer Claim Department for further inspection.

Step 4: The product will be assessed based on our warranty policy.

Step 5: You can collect your product from the official outlet within 14 working days

3. For Online Orders
