Warranty Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the terms of your warranty:

Proof of Purchase

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to claim warranty services.

Scope of Warranty Services

The warranty covers repair of the product at RONiN’s discretion.

Exclusive from Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading colors, scratches, or peeling).
  • Skin allergies or rashes caused by product use.
  • Faults resulting from improper or reckless usage, including liquid spills, extreme temperatures, or non-specified charger usage.
  • Bloated power bank batteries after three months.

Special Cases

  • If a product is replaced within the warranty period but is out of stock, an equivalent product will be offered. Refunds or gift cards are not applicable in such cases.
  • Smartwatches repaired under warranty may lose water resistance.

Note

Purchases from unauthorized platforms or unlisted websites may result in invalid warranty claims.

Step #02

Prepare the returned item in secure, waterproof packaging to keep the product in its original condition.

Step #03

Ship the returned product via courier or any other secure and trackable shipping method to the Returns.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Make sure that product box is in mint condition but if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged Product

Make sure to open package while recording it and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted.

Wrong Product Delivered

Inform us immediately to arrange a replacement.

Delayed Delivery

If your product isn’t received within the promised timeframe, you can cancel the order, and a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
